Faux Fur - We accept returns for faux fur items for store credit only within 10 days of receipt.
Real Fur - Real fur items are special order. Therefore, we only accept exchanges for real fur products IF the item is defective upon receipt. Please choose your size carefully as this is not considered a defect, unless our measurements are not as you requested. A defect means that the item is not as described or differs distinctly from the photos. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt.
If the real fur item is defective, Furocity Furs has the right to have the item altered or remade. If after remaking or altering the item it is not correct, then we will gladly give you a refund.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
